ETHSafari provides a platform for the community to connect, share information, and organize events.
We are not a direct ticketing service provider.
You are responsible for your account and any activity on it. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You agree not to misuse the platform, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others. We expect all community members to interact respectfully.
Our platform contains content owned by us and by our community. You may not use content from the platform without permission.
If you post content, you are responsible for it and grant us a license to use it in connection with the platform.
All purchases made through the platform are final. We do not provide cash refunds as we use payments to handle costs of attendee perks. Our role is to facilitate the transaction between you and a community organizer.

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding its operation or the events and services offered by the community.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to the community.
We may modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform.
